		<description>There&#039;s an app called &quot;TuneTug&quot; that will do all of the above.  TuneTug recently integrated Spotify into the app which allows for searching of songs you don&#039;t have in your iTunes collection.  It gives everyone with a smart phone the ability to vote on songs (both up and down), add songs to the list (without interupting what&#039;s playing) and you can limit the number of votes users get.  It&#039;s a fantastic application and it&#039;s free!

It can be used via a web based control panel for Android and Blackberry users (or anyone who uses a browser on their phone) and iPhone has an application available.
